How To Bake Cookies

What- 3 different experiments with cookies
Data- 2 ¼ cups of the brand “Gold Medal” all purpose flour 1 teaspoon of baking soda
½ teaspoon salt 1 cup of butter
¾ cups of sugar
¾ brown sugar
1 egg
teaspoon of vanilla
cups of chocolate chips
Results- for the first experiment i just did the regular cookies and all the original ingredients. But for the second experiment i replaced the butter with milk and didn't use brown sugar and they turned out a lot softer than the first batch. And for the third experiment i didn't use baking soda and
when they came out they didn't look put together and seemed to fall apart
The independent variable was then cookies themselves and how well they cooked with the ingredients
The Dependant variable is all the measurements and how much i put in the ingredients and what i used and didn't use.
